 Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

At Jewellery Junky, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is wrong or damaged, we will gladly assist you with a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return:

The product must be wrong (not matching the order details) or damaged upon delivery.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Steps to Return:

·       Share clear pictures of the product showing the issue.

·       Upon approval, we will guide you on how to return the product or arrange a replacement.

Important Notes:

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility:

We offer exchanges only for size or color issues. If you wish to exchange an item, ensure it is in new, unused condition.

Exchange requests are valid within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps to Exchange:

·       To initiate an exchange, contact us at Jewelleryjunkyofficial@gmail.com or call with your order details.

·       Please note that you can only exchange an item once. Multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.

·       Exchange shipping costs (forward and return) will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes:

Once an exchange order is processed, it is not eligible for any further exchanges or returns.

 

 

 

 

Cancellations

Before Shipping:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so with no additional fees, except for a 5% payment gateway fee.

Modification:

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or shipping address), you can request changes only if the order hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us immediately with the order number and modification details.

Refunds

Conditions:

Refunds will only be processed after inspection of the returned product.A 5% processing fee will be deducted for payment gateway charges, and the shipping cost (for both forward and return shipping) will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
